Nerida is a thoughtful and skilled meditation guide; compassionate and experienced, yet open and curious. I cannot recommend her enough!

—Sophia, Artist

As a certified meditation teacher—specialising in mindfulness, compassion-based resilience, and contemplative psychotherapy—my guidance blends Theravada, Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhist teachings with existential and transpersonal philosophy.

Blending insights from my lived-experience of mental health struggles and a 15-year meditation practice, with evidence-based neuroscience and psychology, my contemplative teachings aim to foster self- and social-healing in everyday life.

I offer gratitude for the teachers along my journey, including S.N. Goenka, Sharon Salzberg, Joseph Goldstein, Joe Loizzo, Pilar Jennings, Mark Epstein, Henry Shukman, Gabrielle Roth, and others.

Calm mind, open heart.

It felt genuinely easy to participate and I’m grateful to expand on my knowledge of breathwork and mindfulness.
